Edwesha is an AI-powered learning platform for students, teachers and schools. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

Depending on the account and features you use, Edwesha may collect your name, Edwesha Unique ID, date of birth, email address, phone number, school/class information, exam attempts, scores, rankings, certificates, scholarship information and support requests.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide exams and learning services, calculate scores and rankings, issue certificates, process scholarships and subscriptions, provide AI learning features, communicate service updates, prevent abuse, and provide customer support.

Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through supported payment providers. Edwesha does not intentionally store full card credentials. Payment providers process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

Advertising

The mobile application may display Google Mobile Ads to eligible adult users. Advertising and consent technologies may process device identifiers and related information as described by Google. Edwesha does not intentionally show advertising to users identified as under 18 in the mobile application.

AI features

Questions submitted to Edwesha AI features may be processed by the configured AI service to generate educational responses. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information to the AI chat.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including HTTPS for production API traffic and authenticated API access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and academic records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual or legal requirements, resolve disputes and maintain academic integrity. You may request account and personal-data deletion through our account deletion page.

Children

Edwesha is an educational service and may be used by students. Advertising is restricted in the mobile application for users identified as under 18. Parents or guardians who have questions about a child's information may contact Edwesha support.

Third-party services

Edwesha may use hosting, email, payment, AI, analytics and advertising providers needed to operate the platform. These providers process data under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

You may update eligible profile information from your Edwesha account. Where advertising consent choices are required, the mobile app provides a privacy/ads entry point. You may also request account deletion.
